The most magnifique way to greet the morning is with French pastries baked at home. It takes a little planning but, thanks to Pascal Bagioli, surprisingly little work. The pastry chef makes incredible goodies and freezes them for you to bake at home. You simply let them proof overnight (instructions included) and in the morning pop them in the oven. You can enjoy warm, perfectly buttery pastry without getting out of your pyjamas. Unless, of course, you’re not wearing pyjamas. Ooh la la.
