Club Club is Erin Woodward, Lisa Schindel and Katie Radke. As their website states, “Woodward likes to design things. Schindel likes to take pictures. Radke likes to illustrate things.” As Club Club, they gather to do special projects, like make gnocchi or learn how to make buns. They also own and love stacks of old community cookbooks. And so this spring they made their own. Anyone could submit recipes, and 115 people answered the call. The compilation of over 200 recipes is fresh off the press—get ’em while they’re hot at the “epic potluck” that will serve as the launch party.
